Refund & Return Policy

At Kodro, we are committed to delivering excellence in every digital marketing campaign and service we provide. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel our services haven't met the agreed-upon standards, our policy details how we handle such situations.

01 Service Cancellations

For ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC), clients may request a cancellation at any time. However:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Setup fees and work already performed during the current billing period are non-refundable.

02 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are typically considered under the following circumstances:

Project Not Started

If work has not commenced on a project within 7 days of payment, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be requested.

Failure to Deliver

In the rare event that Kodro fails to deliver the core services outlined in the agreement.

Note: We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or click-through rates as these depend on third-party platform algorithms (Google, Meta, etc.).

03 Processing Refunds

Once an eligibility claim is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or UPI). Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
