At Kodro, we value the time and commitment of both our team and our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms for canceling services once a contract has been signed or a project has commenced.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request the cancellation of a digital marketing service or project at any time. However, the terms of cancellation depend on the stage of the project and the type of service being provided.
- One-time Projects: Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Any work already completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate or based on project milestones achieved.
- Retainer Services: Monthly marketing retainers (SEO, PPC management, SMO) require a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
2. Non-Cancelable Items
Certain costs incurred by Kodro on behalf of the client are non-refundable and non-cancelable once initiated:
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased for the project.
- Ad spend directly paid to platforms like Google, Meta, or Telegram.
- Domain registration or premium hosting fees already processed.
3. Cancellation by Kodro
Kodro reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:
- Failure to provide necessary project information or approvals after multiple requests.
- Non-payment of invoices within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Behavior that violates our professional conduct standards.
4. Termination Fees
In cases where a contract specifies a minimum term, early termination fees may apply. These fees are designed to cover the administrative and setup costs invested at the beginning of the engagement.
5. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel a service, please send a formal email to info@kodro.site with the subject line "Service Cancellation - [Your Business Name]". Our account management team will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the transition and final billing.
Note on Refunds:
Cancellation of services does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of previous payments. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
